Mac Nuts and Fruit Meal

Macadamias are a keto wonderfood.  They are so high in fat that the ketocalculator lists them as having a 5.76:1 ratio, which means you don’t have to add tons of fat to a meal to get it in ratio.  This meal is quick and easy to prepare, easy for self-feeders (especially if you subsitute a protein source less flaky than tuna!), and is very portable.

Ingredients

  • 14 g Fruit 6 (watermelon, raspberry, strawberry, or blackberry)
  • 7.5 g Cloverleaf chunk light tuna
  • 27 g Macadamia nuts, raw
  • 10 g Coconut Oil

Instructions

No preparation required other than measuring (hurrah)!

Variations

Substitute any lean meat for the tuna, or use bacon instead and watch your carb allotment grow!
