This site has been created to share recipes for the children on the ketogenic diet. Please remember that these recipes are just a starting point and must be customized for your child. Caloric values and ratios are given for each recipe. Many of these recipes were created for extremely high ratios (4.75:1). If you’re lucky enough to be on a lower ratio, have fun, as your results will be even tastier! Most recipes have been tested on my keto kid and are approved by her highly distinguished taste buds.
